Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods (e.g., seasonal peaks), processing times may be slightly longer.
After your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s network. Most EU deliveries arrive within a few business days after dispatch.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in that email.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
If you are ordering outside the EU (or from a region where customs fees apply), you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities.
If your package is delayed, please allow a little extra time as carrier delays can happen. If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact our support team and we’ll help.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or solution.
