We offer a 30 days return window. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging (when possible), and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. If an item is non-returnable, it will be stated on the product page.
